KLIA / klia2 is one of the first airport in Malaysia to enable e-Hailing
Services / Grab waiting area.
Simply order your e-Hailing Services / Grab using your preferred app and follow the
signs to the designated Door 4 & 5, Level 1 of Transportation Hub at klia2 to
meet with your e-Hailing / Grab driver.
The designated Grab pick-up points have been upgraded with comfortable waiting
amenities for passengers.
The Airport Management has allocated a complimentary waiting area for
e-Hailing / Grab drivers at its Landside Operations office which is just 5 minutes
away from the terminal before picking up their passengers.
By waiting at this designated parking area prior to the arrival of their
passengers, the Grab drivers will be able to abide to the 5-minute period
allocated to pick-up them up at the designated points.
